Anjali Gupta is a certified yoga teacher, fitness professional, nutrition coach, and sound healing practitioner with a holistic and integrative approach to wellness.
She is an Internationally Accredited Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance USA) and an EREPS Certified Fitness Gym Trainer, with strong expertise in functional movement, posture correction, strength, flexibility, and mindful fitness.
Anjali is also an ACE Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach (American Council on Exercise), enabling her to guide participants with practical, science-based nutrition and lifestyle awareness that supports long-term wellbeing.
In addition, she is a Certified Sound Healer, offering therapeutic sound healing sessions designed to promote deep relaxation, emotional balance, stress relief, and meditative awareness.
